Since 2004 “Energodiagnostika” LLC has implemented and constantly maintains a certified Quality Management System. The Company policy in the field of quality is one of the strategic priorities in the work, as well as a tool for continuous improvement of the quality of services provided and maximum satisfaction of the Customers' requests. The strength of the quality management system of “Energodiagnostika” LLC is the leadership of the management, the personnel involvement in achieving the Company's goals in the field of quality, monitoring customer satisfaction, as well as the clarity of implementation and manageability of the process of providing services. The Company has implemented, certified and successfully operates: quality management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015; quality management system that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST RV 0015-002-2020; environmental management system that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 14001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015); occupational health and safety management system that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 45001-2020 (ISO 45001:2018). |
